Remalt

For content agencies and ghostwriters

One client. One board. A clearer path to the draft.

Turn client interviews, briefs and research into a connected content workflow. Keep the source material, the selected Brand voice and the writing instructions beside the work.

Current plans, eligibility, billing terms and usage allowances are on the Pricing page.

From source to something you can shape.

Illustrative example
Client interview notes

A consultant explains their onboarding process

Before we suggest a new process, we ask the team to show us how they work today. We watch the handoffs and look for places where a decision waits for missing information.

Voice & writing instructions

Experienced consultant. Clear explanations, no jargon. Use only the interview details. Keep this client’s language separate from other clients.

Before changing the process, watch the handoff

The first step in our onboarding is not a recommendation. It is a walkthrough.

We ask the team to show us how work moves today. Who has the next decision? What information are they waiting for?

Those handoffs help us see where a process needs attention before we suggest what to change.

This example was written to explain the workflow. It is not a customer result or a recorded Remalt generation. Review your own drafts against their sources before publishing.

Build the context. Keep it connected.

  1. 01

    Organize the client context

Create a board for the client. Bring in their interview, brief, approved content and relevant research sources.

  2. 02

    Build a repeatable drafting flow

Select the client’s Brand voice and connect the source context to your writing instructions. Use separate Chat nodes for different deliverables.

  3. 03

    Review before delivery

Check facts, voice and scope against the brief. Invite collaborators as Editors or Viewers when you want them to work on or review the board.

See Brand context in the product.

This existing product walkthrough shows how reusable Brand context is built from content. Use it to understand the interface, then test the full workflow with your own source material.

For another perspective, read a verified purchaser’s review on AppSumo, including their comparison with Poppy AI. Plans and product details can change after a review is written.

Bring one real task. Judge the result.

A good fit for agencies that deliver research-led written content and want reusable context. Your team keeps responsibility for editorial approval, client permissions and final delivery; this is not a client billing or approval-management system.

Start with one real deliverable

Use a client brief you are allowed to process. Draft one post, compare it with your usual quality bar and record the edits it needed.

Check the client context

Verify the selected Brand and every connected source. A separate board is an organizational practice; access depends on who you invite and how you share it.

Measure the workflow economics

Record processing usage, model usage and editorial time for the same task. Compare the total cost with your current workflow before expanding.

Before you start

Can I keep different clients’ brand voices separate?

Yes. Create separate Brands and use a dedicated board for each client’s source material. Check the selected Brand and connected sources before generating, and manage board invites and public sharing carefully.

Can my team review work on the board?

You can invite collaborators by email as Editors or Viewers. Public board links support read-only sharing. These sharing options do not replace your agency’s client approval process.

Does Remalt publish content or manage client approvals?

This workflow helps organize context and draft content. Review and final delivery remain with your team. It is not a replacement for your client approval, scheduling or billing tools.

How should I evaluate the cost for agency work?

Use a representative task and record source-processing usage, model usage and editorial time. Coin consumption varies by task and model. Check the Pricing page for current terms before choosing a plan.

Try it with the work you already have.

Start with a source you know, a clear brief and your own quality bar.
